  • How can I submit things to MyItems?
    MyItems will store and process receipts from anywhere. The user can submit things to MyItems in the form of images. The MyItems free Receipt Tracker, available for iPhone and Android platforms.
  • What are the subscription plans available?
    We have both monthly and yearly subscription plans that can be purchased from the app.
  • Will you provide a free trial?
    New users can choose any subscription plan after registration. Upon choosing a subscription plan, we provide a one time 14 days free trial for a user and you will be charged only after the free trial period.
  • How can I manage my subscriptions? 
    In the android app, you can manage your subscription plans from the Play Store and for the iOS app, you can manage it from the App Store. Additionally, we provide an interface to manage your subscription from the MyItems app which can be accessed from the subscription page. 
  • How the new subscription model will affect existing users?
    All the users who owned any of the existing subscriptions can continue the same as before. 
  • Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade my subscription plans?
    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan. If you have purchased a monthly subscription then you can change to an annual subscription and vice versa.
  • Can we use a single subscription for multiple MyItems accounts?
    No, you have to buy separate subscription plans if you have multiple MyItems accounts. In-app purchase is linked with your store account (device account) and you need multiple store accounts to handle multiple MyItems accounts.
